We will investigate your complaint carefully and promptly and do everything reasonable to rectify the engagement.
If you are still not satisfied, you may refer your complaint to the complaints redress system operated by the Professional Conduct Department of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”), Metropolitan House, 321 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2FZ).
